These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Texas Throwers Camp website, including our contact form, camp registrations, and SMS communications. Texas Throwers Camp is a program of Genesis Covering Ministries. In these terms, "we," "our," and "us" refer to Texas Throwers Camp and Genesis Covering Ministries.

Please read these terms before using the website or submitting a registration. By using the website or completing a registration, you agree to the applicable terms.

Event-specific requirements, payment terms, and participation documents presented during registration also apply to that booking. Please contact us before registering if you have questions about any requirement.

You may use this website to learn about Texas Throwers Camp, request information, and complete a registration.

03Registration & Eligibility

If you register a minor, you must be the participant's parent or legal guardian or have the parent or legal guardian's authorization. Required parental permissions and participation documents must be completed by the appropriate person.

Review the eligibility requirements for the selected camp before registering. An inquiry or contact-form submission alone does not reserve a place. Refer to your registration confirmation for booking status and any remaining requirements.

04Pricing & Payments

Review the price, included services, applicable charges, and payment schedule displayed during registration before submitting payment.

By submitting a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payments made through a third-party payment provider are also subject to that provider's applicable terms.

Keep your registration confirmation and payment receipt. Contact the camp team promptly if you notice an error or need clarification about a charge.

05Cancellations, Transfers & Refunds

Cancellation, transfer, and refund requests are governed by the terms disclosed and agreed to for your registration, together with applicable law.

Before paying, review any event-specific cancellation deadlines, refund conditions, and transfer requirements. If these details are unclear, contact the camp team for clarification.

To request a cancellation, transfer, or refund, use our contact page or call +1 (832) 509-0074. A request does not by itself confirm that a cancellation, transfer, or refund has been approved.

06Participation, Conduct & Safety

Participants must follow the safety instructions, supervision requirements, and reasonable conduct rules communicated by coaches, staff, and the venue.

• Use throwing equipment and training areas only as directed.
• Respect other participants, coaches, staff, and venue property.
• Tell staff promptly about an injury, unsafe condition, or concern affecting participation.

Any required medical information, emergency permissions, or participation forms must be provided through the designated registration process. These website terms do not replace separately presented participation documents.

07Intellectual Property

Website text, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, and other materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights held by Texas Throwers Camp or their respective owners.

You may view the website for personal informational use. Except as permitted by applicable law or the relevant rights holder, you may not reproduce, sell, redistribute, or commercially use protected materials without permission.

Review the published camp details and your registration confirmation for the dates, location, included services, and participation requirements that apply to your booking.

If you find inconsistent information or have questions about availability or scheduling, contact the camp team before making travel arrangements or completing payment.

Individual training outcomes vary. Participation in camp does not guarantee a particular athletic result, team selection, scholarship, or other opportunity.

11Updates & Applicable Rights

We may update these Terms & Conditions by posting a revised version on this page. Review the terms when making a new registration.

Changes to these website terms do not automatically alter the terms already agreed to for an existing booking. Any proposed change to a confirmed booking must be addressed with the affected customer in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
